CUSTOMS NEWS

We hereby inform you that following the customs shutdown held by the NAV Informatics Institute on 26-27.06.2025, a connection problem arose in the NAV system between the NCTS and ÁRUREG systems.

 

Although transit communication according to NCTS was ensured during the maintenance period, and the terminal was able to close the incoming T1 documents properly, however, the NAV ÁRUREG system did not receive some of the data, therefore the customers' customs clearance requests are running into an error, stating that the closed and referenced MRNs are invalid.

 

In fact, the referenced MRNs are valid, but due to a customs IT error, the NAV ÁRUREG system does not see some of the items received during the weekend. 
The terminal did not receive feedback about the processing error via the NAV system, we were informed about it by our customers.

 

As a workaround, we are sending new arrival notifications to the customs system for items still in storage with us so that customs clearances can be initiated. 
Please provide the container number and original MRN number to import@containercenter.hu if you receive an error message referring to an invalid MRN.
