Dear Partners,
According to the official announcement of the Directorate of Railway Services of MÁV, we hereby inform you about the new dates of track closures due to reconstruction works on bridge Gubacsi which is located on the railway line leading to our railway station Budapest-Kikötő (MCC terminal).
3-day-long track closures have been postponed to the second half of this year and are announced for the following 4 weekends.
During these days our terminal cannot be reached by rail.
1. weekend 36:
72 hours -> from 07:00AM 07.09. (Saturday morning) to 07:00AM 10.09. (Tuesday morning);
2. weekend 38:
72 hours -> from 07:00AM 21.09. (Saturday morning) to 07:00AM 24.09. (Tuesday morning);
3. weekend 40:
72 hours -> from 07:00AM 05.10. (Saturday morning) to 07:00AM 08.10. (Tuesday morning);
4. weekend 42:
72 hours -> from 07:00AM 19.10. (Saturday morning) to 07:00AM 22.10. (Tuesday morning);
Over the next 8 weekends (from Friday to Monday), there will be periodic 10-hour track closures during the daytime between 07:00 and 17:00.
On these days, train traffic is possible during the night shift, between 17:00 and 7:00AM:
