Dear Customers,
Based on the decision of the Defence Working Group, freight train traffic will be restricted on the MÁV Pályamüködtetési Zrt. network from 3 August 2026 (Monday) between 17:00 and 22:00 daily.
Trains that are running will be stopped at the first station where this is possible from the point of view of train traffic.
The freight trains affected during the above period will be gradually started by the operation control after 22:00 depending on the traffic situation.
Furthermore, the previously announced complete track closure for the Ferencváros – Budapest-Kelenföld section will be maintained between 23:27 and 05:27 on 5, 6 and 8 August 2026.
There will be NO downtime in train handling at our terminal, so any train arriving at Budapest Soroksári út railway station can enter the terminal with diesel traction.
The railway operators can provide more precise information about the expected arrival of the trains.
