We hereby inform you that according to NAV, a connection problem has arisen between the NCTS and ÁRUREG systems in the NAV system.

The terminal was able to properly close the incoming T1 documents in NCTS, however, the NAV ÁRUREG system did not accept some of the data, therefore, in some cases, the customers' customs clearance proposals are running into an error, stating that the closed and referenced MRNs are invalid.

In fact, the referenced MRNs are valid, but due to a customs IT error, the NAV ÁRUREG system does not see some of the items received. According to the information published on OpenKKK, until the error is corrected, you are asked to contact the competent tax and customs directorate, if they also confirm that the transit data has not been transferred to the ARUREG system, they should record it manually.
