Dear Partners!
The next phase of the Budapest DOCK road renovation is the renovation of the "Gyapjútárházi street" used to approach the terminal, which will be implemented in the following stages:
The construction schedule published earlier regarding the road renovation of Budapest DOCK had to be modified due to the utility pipeline situation discovered during construction. The renovation of "Gyapjútárházi road", which serves as the terminal's approach, will thus be carried out in the following phases:
- On 05.10.2024, between 07:00 and 17:00, the entrance section of Gyapjútárházi út from Synlab will receive the asphalt layer covering, in one phase, with a complete road closure. . During this time, truck traffic can leave the terminal by turning right from the exit on the Gyapjútárházi street - railway crossing - Gabonatárházi street route.
- Between October 7 and November 8, 2024, the section of Gyapjútárházi út between Customs inspection station and the workshop - railway crossing will be renovated. Truck and passenger car traffic can also travel on the usual route from Gate2 of Port (from Synlab office building). Parking next to the Customs inspection station will be prohibited due to necessary access to the fuel station.
- Between 11.11.2024 and 11.22.22 there will be a full road closure between the MCC terminal truck exit and the Customs inspection station parking lot. Freight traffic can travel on the usual route, while passenger car traffic can approach the MCC parking lot via the route Gabonatárházi út – railway crossing – Gyapjútárházi út – Vám truck parking lot. During this time, it will be forbidden to stop at the Customs inspection station.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we are kindly asking our partners to use the above access routes during the road renovation. We thank you for your cooperation.
